It's the threefold blessing; it was given by the priests in the Frist and Second Temple periods.Today, it's still given in Orthodox Jewish synagogues by the Cohanim (descendents of the priests), and many families bless their children with it at the Sabbath dinner table.Just in case ya wanted to know...
