Also - I am going to give you my Granny's Tuna Fish gravy recipe.
I am honored that you want to try it and I hope you LOVE it.
My grandmother passed away just over a year ago now and I miss her cooking. SHe had lots of great delicious (and cheap! because she was very poor) recipes. Here it is as my aunt wrote it on our family website. Melvin is my uncle and I know he can make this gravy. Try it drained or undrained whatever your preference.

Ingredients:
grease
flour
salt
milk
tuna
Directions:
Heat the grease add flour and salt, cook until lightly brown. Add milk and cook until almost done. (Just like making regular gravy). Add a can of drained tuna and finish cooking.
Melvin said she never drained the tuna but after they quit canning the tuna in its own juices she did.
ONe more thing about the gravy --
we eat it over toast....
