On the road again

 We will be driving all day. We are packing up the car to leave Uruguay, drive across Argentina, and on into Paraguay. We hope to be able to stop and visit some of the Jesuit Mission ruins along the way.

Our dinner

This is chivito, a Uruguayan dish. 

 French fries, covered with steak, ham and eggs.
