Status Updates

 No time for a real post but here are some  updates of the last few days.

FRIDAY:

Playing Wii with toddlers is very difficult! Any suggestions for an easy preschool level game?

SATURDAY:

WOW! What a blast from the past! Spent the day with 40 wonderful people at an  Arcadia Christian Center (school) reunion. I saw people I had not seen for 25 years!

SUNDAY:

Went to morning services with my son, Joshua Vernoy, and his wife Naomy, at South Side Baptist Church where he is on staff and then had a cookout with all the kids  and another young pastor and his wife (Joel and Felicia Marsh).

MONDAY:

Being in the USA is like being on a big cruise! Everything seems to revolve around food and entertainment. We move from one 'event' to another and then from one 'food station' to the next! I need to get off this boat while my clothes still fit!

Home from the High Seas

After 6 days at sea, I am on tierra firme! Discovered I do not do so well in bad weather at sea. We spent a day and night anchored out at sea as it was too dangerous to get into the port becuase of very high winds. NOW, after the last 10 days of traveling from Paraguay to here, I can say..

I've been everywhere man, I've been everywhere!
