Imagine my surprise last night when a young lady approached me before church and introduced herself as ,"Kate"! I have been reading her blog for quite a while now and it was so neat to actually meet her! WOW !!
We were only able to speak for a few moments after the service, but I really enjoyed it immensely.
Then I ran into another "blogger" and I see she has already left me a comment!
Life is good!!!
A great big thanks to those of you who came out of the woodwork and identified yourselves!!!
See??? It wasn't so bad, was it?

JUNGLE MOM! It was so great to meet you last night, I hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in the DC area before you head out :)
Wow. I've always wanted to meet some fellow blogger (you're one of them). I hope that you enjoyed your trip!
What a delight, meeting someone whose blog you read; puting a human touch to the written emotional connection. I suspect, that such meetings unfold as they should, guided by forces beyond human comprehension.
I have had lots and lots of readers this week with the preemie twin news, but only a fraction of commenters - isn't it odd? I rarely read a post without leaving at least a small comment.
I've met 3 blogging buddies so far - so much fun!!
I still need your e-address so I can let J&Z know how to reach you. They'll be going to Paraguay in March or April, I think it is.
Funny how blog world is sooo small--
Praying the conference is refreshing!!
How great Rita. I'd sure come out and meet you if you came to our area :o)
Susan
Cool!
Well good for you! What a treat! Hurry back!
I can't remember how I found your blog, probably from another blog I read. I am a missionary wife in Mexico. I don't mean to be a lurker, so for the record...I read your blog almost every day! ;)
God Bless!
Isn't it neat to meet bloggers that have become friends? I've gotten the opportunity to meet two so far. I hope to meet more when we go out on deputation in a couple of months.
How cool! I know several of the ladies who's blogs I read, but I'd love to be able to meet more! I hope you are doing well!
How nice! I would love to meet one of my online friends someday. I was supposed to meet one this summer when I was home but due to internet glitches we weren't getting each others messages. Hopefully the next trip.
Hope you're having fun in DC.
Meeting a fellow blogger who you know only via the internet, and meeting her completely by accident! What do you suppose the chances are of that? That's really a cool coincidence, Rita.
Very cool, always wanted to meet someone from the "Army of Davids"!
That is cool, I like Roxie's comments...stay well...
