I’m breaking my vow to not post or comment during this month of celebration (although I'm not posting, just commenting) in order to wish some of my blogging friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope your Christmas was joyous and that your New Year will be blessed.

lol! chocolate, the first and largest of the food groups!
our Christmas was very quiet...Jack had to work both nights (someone has to work at the hospitals!), no kiddos in our home, no relatives in town...so it was pretty much like all other days that we celebrate Jesus!
Christmas Eve, since Jack was sleeping, I volunteered in the church nursery for two services.... always great fun to be around the little ones and give parents a chance to worship our Lord and Savior.

It's funny to hear my inlaws try to say it in Spanish.

Wow, not only was that funny, but it also demonstrated the power of chocolate. When it comes to food, there is chocolate and there is everything else.
