Yummy! I'll be right over!
I have a strong stomach, and could probably eat em if hungry enugh - that is the worms. The grubs, on the other hand, look rather appelaing whenever I have seen them fried or roasted in the pan. One day I'll try em.
oh sorry, need to wash my hair tonight...Deby
Uh, I think we are eating menudo that night! Come on over and have some with us!
I've always thought I could go to the mission field because food doesn't usually gross me out, but . . . wow. I'd be right over, but I think it's my night to wax the cat.
I'm open to try anything. I ate octopus before.
I think I just puked a little!!!! EEEEEWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!
That's just nasty, but then so are pickled pigs feet. Although I suppose if I was raised on them I wouldn't think so. I wonder what we eat that would gross them out? When I was in the German hospital recently, the nurse nearly died when she saw me eating a ham, egg and cheese crossandwitch from Burger King for breakfast. Thouroughly disgusted she was. lol Mostly they just eat bread with butter or jam for breakfast.
A double no thanks! I think the food I offered on Cinco de Mayo was much more tantalizing! It was so good talking with you today. Praying for you!
Eh, um, I'm, uh, I have plans, uh, family night tonight, yeah, so, I, uh, uh, uh, can't really, um, come over and, eh, eat...
Other plans, sorry
I love lot of foods that not exactly main-line America: Squid, octopus, alligator, etc. I've always said I'll try any food once, but I don't know if I could handle the palm grubs or earthworms. With me, it might rank right with balut!
gulps*.. um... wow... jajaja... did you really eat one of those??
Ugh! That's too much local culture for me, I'm afraid!
I'll stick with the grubs!!
OK, are you telling me you actually ATE these things!!!!????!!!!Sorry, but I think I am scheduled for a colonoscopy tonight!!!!!
Gross...you really eat that stuff...I think I would become a vegetarian...=) Nothing that is alive--just plants...=)
