Anyone care to venture a guess as to why yellow dogs with blue spots would be popular?UPDATE! Blue and Yellow are the colors of the town of Luque's soccer team.

colors of soccer team?
Perhaps they were intended as sales items for the following institutions of higher learning that have blue and yellow/gold for their team colors.
Which reminds me of the time I saw someone in Yacuiba, Bolivia wearing a t-shirt that said "Chicago Red Sox." I now wish I had bought a new t-shirt and traded for it.
