Update ~ I'm home!

I just got home and am doing very well. I appreciate the prayers  and support of you all so much. The procedures all went as expected and I am glad to say that I have had much less pain than I had anticipated, so far I have not required any narcotics. Still  tire easily and am weak.

Thanks for all the lovely comments they BRIGHTENED MY DAY!

So glad all is well, and that you are home.
Surgeries are never as easy as the Drs make them sound!

God bless

So glad to see you home and that you have not had so much pain as to require the 'strong stuff'. Hope your recovery is consistent and fast. Merry Christmas,
Debbie

PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSING FLOW, is the beginning of the song that is so TRUE.. So glad all went well!!!. We expect your speedy and complete recovery... There seems to be no apparent "other missing parts" due to the 3 language operation or maybe ever more depending on whom was in the operating room. I feel that that in itself is a Miracle. God Bless we continue to pray his blessing on you and you husband as you minister to the people of Paraguay.
Don Thompson/Penless writers friend and yours too I hope..

I have to come back to Asuncion in a month for a follow up visit with my eye Dr. Maybe we will both be up to meeting by then?! :)
Hugs!

I'm glad you're home now. Take it easy and take advantage of the rest. It won't last forever, you know. ;)
