Proof of Life
This proof of life message is being allowed by the benevolent goodness of the government run phone company monopoly which controls all internet access in the country I live in. We are alive and well. When the "independent" companies ... "fees"... are all paid we should be able to communicate again.

So I guess we all will be waiting to see if white smoke rises from their offices.
AKA: Bribery and Corruption !!!!
The best antidote to socialism is to live in a country with a government-owned telecom company. When I was living in Argentina, the government-owned telephone company charged the equivalent of around one thousand dollars to install a landline- and you had to wait a year. In today's prices, $1500-$2000.
Ahh... Paraguay, glad to see some things haven't changed since I was there in 1993 and 96
