Very Emotional Week Ahead

This week we are still here at the BIMI World Missions Center. We are working on preparing our presentation which we will use to share the story of our last 20 years in ministry in Venezuela and our plans for the new ministry in Paraguay.

This involves reviewing lots of old photos and video as well as doing interviews and recordings. It is hard for me to sit and look at all these memories as well as discuss the things that happened for 8 hours a day for a week. I get sad, angry, jubilant, sad again. It is emotionally draining for me.

But...it must be done! And my motto is:

Just Do It!

I just said a prayer for you! Be strong in the Lord. I know that all that you have done has been so very important.

Be safe, and have a great day!

May the memories be more of a blessing than a sorrow!

Good philosophy -- I am sure it will be an emotionally hard week.

I wanted to let you know I gave you the "Courageous Blogger" award and tagged you for an "8 random things" meme (if you want to and whenever you have time) here.

All for the glory of God!! You can do it. If not for the memories and emotions your hearts could not be humble.
You and Clint are in my thoughts and prayers.

I had no idea you had been in Venezuela for 20 years, Rita. No wonder you hated to leave! The place had become your home. That's so sad and it's understandable why this is hard for you.

The good news is that this will be over and behind you soon, and that it's important work.

God bless!
