Outside my window...

My youngest daughter took this photograph of the humming bird who lives outside of my bedroom window.

tell him I said hi and we'll have his food all filled up when he's ready to move back up here for the summer!

This pic is gorgeous Rita!!Isn't it a blessing to have such a view outside the bedroom window?

I used to love my bedroom window view in Caracas of a lush and full Mango tree, the Avila in distance, and the sun shining on grass strewn with wild lillies and orquids.

here is a real life moment from NOW:

.. a Cape Cod Dormer window. The trees bare and surrounded by mist.A rabbit quickly hops through the fence trying to hide from the squirrels. Spruce pines, Nandina bushes and holly give the only green in the yard-Yet even in this less colorful scene there is a deep and quiet beauty.

I am starting to feel that mystical, inner happiness of the Christmas season.

Have a beautiful day !
