Happy New Years!

What was the biggest blessing for you in the year of 2008?

Mine was the wedding of my son , Joshua, to his beautiful bride, Naomy!

Congratulations on your son's marriage, Rita, and on gaining a new daughter. They're both gorgeous!

My greatest blessing in 2008 was not losing my sanity when Obama was elected. Now I know that if I can maintain my cool through that, I can get through most anything!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

My greatest blessing is meeting all these wonderful people on the internet now that I've started blogging.

And they say that Conservatives are bitter, angry people.

Have a blessed New Year.

My BIGGEST Blessing this year was the poem I received as a Christmas gift written by a 19 year old Ukrainian boy whom I met when he was 8 (I posted it a few days ago, titled: "THE WORDS I COULDN'T SAY")

The next biggest is all my blogger friends. God Bless all.

My son was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis almost four years ago. It took away his life. In his 20s, he could barely leave home. This past year, after 3 hospitalizations and 2 major surgeries, he was cured. He now has a normal life again. Going to college, working, dating and playing in his band. Our prayers were answered and we are sooo grateful. Love the wedding picture of your son and now new daughter. You are blessed too.

Greatest blessing? I completed RCIA program and on March 22 took my first communion..........for real. ;-)

#2. I handed in my resignation in August.......Pres/CEO countered with a raise of 38% and a bonus......I stayed.

Happy New Year.

PS- loved your poem!!
