The Things I See..

This was the condition of the yard when we moved in...

Isn't it lovely?

I always wanted a garden sink but...

I cried!

Unbelievable! It's going to be a lot of hard work, but there is a lot of potential there for a lovely yard. Will the landlord not help out??

If labor is cheap enough you can do wonders, otherwise you will break your backs trying.

I hope you have wild flowers in Paraguay and other stuff that is low maintenance. The garden looks big!

If it is anything like here; EVERYTHING is the renters responsibility. We had that problem with our last rental! We kept bugging the Century 21 office who rented it out and they FINALLY helped take our backyard junk away. Hope you have the same luck. Looks lovely

I see flowers, veggies, fruits, and green spaces.

Mother always said I have a good imagination!

You can do this! You lived in a hut in the jungle!

Just keep visualizing this lovely oasis... You could start by getting some pots with plants in it so you have some color to look at while you labor away at the yard itself.

I'm thinking the climate is your friend here?

Good luck!

Hurrah! You have a back yard now! And lots of nice days to enjoy it.

mmmm - well if having a back yard like that keeps you making and handing out those ever so yummy moreish Brownies - to hand out to those around you - then so be it !

Call me crazy but I'm with findalis. What's there to cry about? This is a blank canvas! Coolest part is that you get to plant what you like rather than being stuck looking at someone else's tacky garden!! My mom always left glorious beds behind in our rental homes....it was part of our moving in process plan furniture...plan beds!!
