House Hunting
We are in Ciudad del Este hunting for a rental home for our daughter's family. They return to Paraguay next month and we will all be moving here soon after.
We saw 3 houses today. One was a a dump, one was older but a possibility, one was a mansion. We have seen two good looking ones from the outside but need the keys to get inside. Although I did mange SOMEHOW to get into one house without a key. Pray we find the right house, in a safe area, at the right price!
Every time I come to this city, soon to be home, I feel like I am in an episode of The Twilight Zone.
doo, doo, doo doo...doo ,doo, doo, doo.
Its frighteningly entertaining!

How exciting to be able to live close to your daughter's family!
Reading your posts helps me. I truly admire your strength and courage. I always thought I was strong, until we set out on this journey to follow the Lord and I realized quickly ~ I am weak. The word of God and His grace and mercy keep me keeping on.
Thank you for being an encouragement to this new missionary wife. God bless you!
searching for the right house can be frustrating. I am house hunting too at the moment :-) all the best for both of us!
JM,
Frighteningly entertaining! That comment gives one cause for concern especially when it comes to HOUSE HUNTING!! I can't imagine how you would describe gong into the jungle and camping in some of your other homes you have had in your travels

OOOO I can imagine as I have visited this city. It did seem a bit crazy. I really pray you can find a safe home too. that one you got into without keys sounds real safe. (jeje)
Hope all the transitions go smooth.
