Hi Rita, sabes que es lo divertido, que nadie ha comentado nada en el Blog the Jackie para felicitarla; pero todo el mundo ha visto tu blog y se han divertido con tu manera de felicitarla...

Que pases un buen dia!!!

Rita, I've never heard of Cachapa's before. I'll have to look up the recipe. They look delicious!

I understood one word on that first video: "Caramba!" LOL!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. All the videos made me homesick, but especially the last one! What a typical Venezuelan birthday party! I love it! :-)

I laughed all the way thru that last clip! Gotta love those Latinos! If your family sounds like that at parties, - that's really scary because I know you none have even been drinking, which means you all sound like that SOBER! LOL

The senora cooking the chachapa needs her own cooking show on Food Network, or at least a visit from Anthony Bourdain from "No Reservations" on the travel channel!

Aren't Venezuelans awesome!!! Even their birthday song is one-of-a-kind. Yes, Pam, they even sound like that when they're not "tomados"...they have such a good time (not just the Vernoys, all Venezuelans!)
