House Hunting on a Mission Budget ~ Part Three

"The Itty, Bitty House"

but...its clean! This little house was the cleanest one we saw. It also was affordable, US$ 450.00. It is tiny. It has no yard. It is a good way out of town. BUT it is clean! I could almost rent it just to show my great appreciation to the owners for such a clean place.

Small rooms.

 Small but neat wardrobes.

All the window (3 in total) open towards the
front and are blocked by the wall, one meter from them.
(but the plants are nice!)

The side yard  comes with an extra sink for very short people!

A small but clean bath! What a novelty!

The kitchen is a very small cave!

It is a very samll, dark and...green cave!

Oh no! This does look too small! Even if you only have one daughter left at home. I sure hope you didn´t have to "settle" for this one.
I can imagine how frustrating it must have been to find an appropriate house!

Betty, no we did not take this one either.Just too small. it would have been an option for a temporary place while we kept looking though.

It looks like the house we ended up buying in Argentina, except that the house came with twice as much patio as house and a little real yard with a lemon tree and flowers. It also had a galpon the size of the house that Esther and Gonzalo are renovating so it was ok in the end. Though we live in house the size of a trailer in the states, it has the outside and that is worth it all to me. Sounds like prices there are similar to here in the capital limits of Buenos Aires. I am enjoying seeing your choices. Hopefully you will find something between the two. The Lord knows your needs and there is a lot to be said for small areas to clean.

Glad you didn't take this Rita, it looks too small...but your tour is fascinating. Don't stop now!

This house would work if we did not intend to also use it as a start up for the ministry. If it had a garage area or more yard. The owners had walled off the front yard to rent it as parking for near by apartments and used the back yard to build small rental rooms.
