That looks yummy. Rita, I just put up a new recipe web site. It is at:
http://culinarydelightsoftheworld.webs.com/
If you have any recipes of Venezuela or other Latin American countries that you would care to share, please email them to me at abouna@churchmail.com and I will post them to the site.
Rhonda in Chile: Its called Bistec a lo Pobre, but there is nothing "pobre" about this steak! I decided that Argentina was a pretty well off country when in front of a tourist shop I saw a kid with his mother begging money for "un kilo de carne."(2.2 pounds of meat)
Wow! Is that really just for ONE person?!?!? ...and what do you eat for dessert after that??? :) Waiting to see what you're going to eat tomorrow! :) By the way, can you find some "fun" food in the groceries there that you can't get in Paraguay?

WOW, that is some meal!! I could enjoy that :)
I love this meal! Last time we went to Paraguay we ate these every other day for over a week.
Are you kidding me?? What's is that, like 10,000 calories???
It just proves that everything goes better with fried eggs.
This reminds me of a better version of an IHOP breakfast. Wish my kids would eat eggs for dinner.
Oh my that looks good! All it needs is ketchup and several forks!
