1/2 bunch of cilantro
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/3 cup of vinegar
1 tsp. salt

well liz and I will put the guasacaca over what?? TOFU??
hmmm not a bad idea..!!
Correfue and Liz, COOL!!! well, everything tastes better with guasaca!
correfue, if you were close enough you could come on over...but you would have to bring your own tofu!
Correfuegos, I think JM is right.. maybe up north you cannot find yuca, but big baked potatoes go well with guasacaca! And your tofu also my dear.
Me, I stir some fresh tomatoes, diced, on the blended guasacaca. Just before serving.YUM!

Rita, just for the record.. I eat anything but tofu!

Sounds delish. A parilla without guasacaca?? Wouldn't that be what's known as a Barbeque? Nothing like a parilla!
